Our Company
The Small Business Company was formed in 2002 to provide powerful products and services to the vast small business market. The Company's product line is founded on its proprietary knowledge base — The DARE Process. Formatted into affordable CDs, books and downloads, these simple yet powerful tools lead current and future small business owners to success.

Additionally, the Company plans to train, manage, and support a global network of licensed business coaches, DARE Success Coaches, providing personalized assistance to micro-entrepreneurs (sole proprietors to ten employees) for an affordable monthly subscription fee.

Our Market
Over 66 million current and future small and home-based U.S. businesses comprise our target market (less than $1 million/year in sales). They spend more than $62 billion each year for products and services to improve their businesses. These micro-entrepreneurs wear multiple hats, don't have the staff to oversee much of the tasks required for growth, and can't afford to hire additional employees. Their lack of business education and experience leads to very high mortality rates. More than 80% of all U.S. small businesses fail within their first five years.

Our Products
The foundation of our knowledge base of products and services is The DARE Process, a simple, proprietary 4-step solution (patent pending) created to help solve the problems of current small business owners and also address the needs of the new micro-entrepreneur starting a business. Principles of the DARE Process have been included in five books co-authored by company founders, Stuart Schreiber and David Larson. The DARE Process content has been formatted into a very profitable series of easy-to-use CDs and downloadable lessons available online.
